*Backyard Pool fun!*

Oh how you love your little backyard pool!! :)  You spend lots of time out in the sunshine splashing in the water and being silly!

Day after day during the summer Daddy fills your pool with water and we sit on the back patio and watch you and Blake play. What a joy it is to see these precious babies in our new backyard! :)

Houston Astros vs. Texas Rangers!!

Oh boy!! What an exciting baseball game to watch!  We we thrilled to hear the Astros were playing the Rangers when we were in Houston so that was another one of our adventures for this trip!! :)

The Astros baseball stadium was indoors although they had a neat retractable roof which they opened during the game.  The weather was nice!  

Blake was decked out in his new ASTROS shirt and hat while you sported your TEXAS RANGERS outfit!  You were adorable!!!  So much fun with the two of you!  Another great day on our mini vacation :)

Johnson Space Center!

One of our adventures was an afternoon at the Johnson Space Center in Houston.  We toured some of the areas where NASA works, learned a lot and enjoyed our day.  You and Blake are always such a joy to take places, you both make new friends and brighten everyone's day!! Great memories!!

Roadtrip to Houston!

The middle of August, we took a nice little 3 day roadtrip to Houston, Texas in our brand new Ford Explorer!  We were excited to take Laverne II for a ride!  What a great trip we had!  We spent most of our first day in Galveston, where we went sightseeing and spent a little time at the beach.  

Blake was happy to splash in the water and dig holes in the wet sand. He also liked collecting sea shells, something he does each time we visit the beach :)

You, Isabella Grace, were so funny to watch!  Your reaction to the ocean water was very cute and yes, you are fearless!  We had to keep an eye on you because you headed toward the water more than once!
